You will be sent a virtual link to join your session to the email address used to book the appointment within 24 hours of your appointment confirmation along with the appropriate forms and waivers which may apply to your appointment type. Please note for new client counseling appointments, you must allow 2 business days between booking and appointment for ample time for the meeting link and forms to be sent as well as time for you to fill them out. If you do not allot time, there is no garuntee that we will be able to accomodate your appointment time. You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours of your appointment time. Cancellations may be made via your confirmation email or text to Nikki (813) 682-7041 so that the appointment cancellation and appointment return for the deposit can be confirmed. Cancelling up to 12 hours before your appoinment will result in the charge of the deposit paid for the appointment. No shows or cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment time will be charged the full amount for the services. Time is valuable so you can expect that I will respect your time and I ask that you also respect mine.

NOTE: Asrtrology sessions CANNOT BE CANCELLED as there is preliminary work that goes into researching your birth chart and pre-requisite material that needs to be prepared prior to the session. However, you are able to reschedule the session up to 12 hours before your appointment time by texting Nikki (813) 682-7041. You will not be able to reschedule via your confirmation link for these appointment types.
